Store Policy
The Revelation Standard · Effective October 5, 2026
How this store works, in plain terms. This sits alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Return Policy – those cover the legal side; this one covers what actually happens when you order.
1. What We Make
Custom embroidered scripture apparel. You choose the translation, book, chapter and verse, how the reference is written, the thread color, the font, the embroidery size, and whether the text carries an outline. Nothing is printed – every piece is embroidered, stitched thread through fabric, which is why it holds up in a way printing does not.
Each garment is made after you order it. There is no warehouse of finished garments; yours does not exist until you pay for it.
2. About The Preview
The preview is a simulation, not a photograph. The preview is for visual reference only. It shows the words, the colors and the font you chose and where the embroidery goes; the finished embroidery might not match it exactly.
As you chose them: the reference, translation, capitalization, thread color, font, rows, and outline.
Can differ slightly: Every new design is turned into a stitch file by hand and then sewn by machine, so the texture of the thread, the exact size of the letters and the exact placement can differ slightly from the preview and from one garment to the next. Very small letters can be hard to read, and letters that sit close together can be joined by a short connecting thread. Garment and thread colors on a screen are not an exact match for fabric and thread. Thread is a physical thing with depth; a screen is flat. That difference is the point – it is why embroidery reads as an object and a print reads as ink.
A scripture reference is embroidered on one row when one row is large enough to stitch. When it is not, the Row(s) step shows the ways it can be split into rows, and you choose.
3. Ordering
- Build your design in the app, step by step. The preview shows the words, the colors and the font that will be embroidered.
- Review & Edit is the moment that matters. Check the reference, the spelling, the translation, the colors, and the size before paying. After production begins the design cannot be changed.
- You can order without an account. Signing in only saves your designs for later.
- You may also design through an AI assistant. It can help you build and price a design, but only you complete the purchase – and nothing is charged without your approval.
4. Pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout, before you pay.
- Sizes up to XL are one price; 2XL and larger cost slightly more, because the blanks do.
- File digitization is a one-time fee that pays for turning your scripture into an embroidery file. If that exact design has been made before – by anyone – you are not charged it at all.
- Embroidery size can add a fee on the Unisex Hoodie, Men's T-Shirt and Unisex Sweatshirt, where a larger embroidery, or one with an outline, takes more stitches. The exact amount for your design is shown beside each size on the Embroidery Size step, before you add it to your bag, and on its own line at checkout. A size that adds nothing is shown by its name alone.
- Shipping is priced by the garment: one price for the first item of an order and a smaller one for each additional item. In an order with more than one kind of garment, the first item is the one that costs the most to ship. The amounts are on the Shipping page of the menu and at checkout.
5. Production & Delivery
Orders are embroidered and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Expect 6 to 15 business days from order to doorstep. That splits into two parts: 3 to 7 business days to embroider it – embroidery takes longer than printing, which is part of why it lasts longer – and 3 to 8 business days in transit.
Those are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers have their own weather, and a busy season slows everyone down. You get tracking as soon as it ships.
We currently ship to 28 U.S. states only: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.
6. Sizing
Our hoodies and sweatshirts run small. For the perfect fit, order one size larger than your usual size. Every garment's measurements are in the Size Guide in the app menu. Because every item is made to order, we cannot exchange for a different size, so if you are unsure, email us before you order and we will help you decide.
7. Caring For Embroidery
Embroidery outlasts printing, but thread still deserves care:
- Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry low, or hang to dry.
- Do not iron directly over the stitching. Press from the inside if needed.
- Skip bleach and fabric softener – both break down thread over time.
8. Scripture & Accuracy
We embroider the scripture reference you choose – the book, chapter, and verse – in the translation you pick. Chapter and verse numbers are validated against that specific translation, because they genuinely differ between translations. If you ever find something wrong, tell us immediately: getting scripture right matters more to us than any single sale.
9. If Something Goes Wrong
Damaged, defective, misembroidered, or not what you ordered? You have 30 days from delivery. Send a clear photo of the whole item and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
10. Talking To Us
