Privacy Policy
The Revelation Standard · Effective October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Revelation Standard, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") – a corporation based in Arizona, United States – collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website and app (the "Service") to design and order custom scripture apparel. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers & contact details: your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (if you provide it).
- Account information: if you sign in using a third-party login (such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or another provider you choose), we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from that provider. We never receive your password.
- Order & customization information: the products you configure (scripture references, translations, colors, sizes, fonts), your order history, and related details.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (PayPal). We do not collect or store your full card number or bank details – those go directly to the processor.
- Technical & usage information: your IP address, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address (used only to help pre-fill your address at checkout). We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
2. How We Collect It
- Directly from you when you create an account, configure a product, or place an order.
- Automatically through cookies, your IP address, and standard web/app logs.
- From third-party login providers when you choose to sign in with them.
3. Why We Use It
- To create and manage your account and log you in.
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and send order confirmations.
- To text you updates about your orders, only if you opted in to them (see Text Messages).
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations (such as tax and recordkeeping).
4. How We Share It
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, and only as needed:
- Payment processor (PayPal) to process your payment.
- Our print-and-fulfillment partner to produce and ship your order (name and shipping address).
- Email delivery provider to send order confirmations and support messages.
- Text message delivery provider, only if you opted in to order updates by text, to deliver those texts (your mobile number and the text itself).
- Hosting & infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) that run our website, app, and backend.
- The single third-party login provider you choose, to authenticate you.
- Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Mobile numbers and text message consent. If you opt in to order updates by text, we keep your mobile number and a record of your opt-in (the email address you gave, the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and the internet address the request came from). We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. It is shared only with the provider that delivers the texts, for that purpose. How to opt in and how to stop are on the Text Messages page.
5. Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill your orders, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed – or when you ask us to delete it (see Section 8) – we delete or de-identify it.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and storing credentials as encrypted secrets. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the site, keep you logged in, and process payments (for example, cookies set by PayPal and login providers). We do not use them to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may break checkout or login.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Know / Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete your personal information and account.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing – note we do not sell or share your information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
