Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and app (the "Service") operated by The Revelation Standard, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), a corporation registered in Arizona, United States. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Our Products
We sell custom, made-to-order apparel embroidered with the scripture reference and design options you choose. The embroidery preview shown in the configurator is a digital simulation. The preview is for visual reference only. It shows the words, the colors and the font you chose and where the embroidery goes; the finished embroidery might not match it exactly. Every new design is turned into a stitch file by hand and then sewn by machine, so the texture of the thread, the exact size of the letters and the exact placement can differ slightly from the preview and from one garment to the next. Very small letters can be hard to read, and letters that sit close together can be joined by a short connecting thread. Garment and thread colors on a screen are not an exact match for fabric and thread. A scripture reference is embroidered on one row when one row is large enough to stitch. When it is not, the Row(s) step shows the ways it can be split into rows, and you choose.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time before you place an order.
- Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- Payments are handled by our third-party processor (PayPal). By paying, you agree to its terms as well.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion – for example, if a product is unavailable or an error occurs in pricing or your order.
5. Shipping
We currently ship to 28 U.S. states only, the states where our resale certificate is valid. Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because every item is custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or the wrong size once production has begun. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before production begins.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misembroidered, or is not what you ordered, contact us at FounderandCEO@TheRevelationStandard.Com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the whole item, and we will replace it or refund you in full – your choice, at no cost to you, without shipping anything back.
"Not what you ordered" means the garment does not carry what your order says: the wrong garment, color or size was sent, the scripture reference, translation, thread color or font is not the one you chose, or the embroidery is in the wrong place. The slight differences between the preview and the finished embroidery (the texture of the thread, the exact size and placement of the letters, very small letters that are hard to read, a short connecting thread, colors on a screen) are how embroidery is made, not a defect.

7. Your Account
You may create an account using a third-party login (such as Apple, Google, or others). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including our name, logo, designs, product configurator, text, and graphics, is owned by The Revelation Standard and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission. Scripture text itself is drawn from the Bible translations you choose; you are responsible for your choices. The custom design you create is produced for your personal use.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service – including attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, using it for any unlawful purpose, or submitting false information.
10. Disclaimers
The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Revelation Standard and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Revelation Standard and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Text Messages
Text messages from us are optional. If you opt in on the Text Messages page, the program The Revelation Standard Order Updates texts you about your orders: when an order is confirmed and when it ships, up to 2 messages for each order. We do not send advertising or promotions by text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not charge for these texts; message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or use the Text Messages page; reply HELP for help, or email FounderandCEO@TheRevelationStandard.Com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
